Privacy Policy for Valzy Comparable Capture

Valzy Comparable Capture is a Chrome extension that helps authorized Valzy users capture property listing details from supported real estate websites and save them as comparable records inside Valzy assignments.

1. Information We Collect

Authentication Information:
The extension may read and store a Valzy session token or authentication cookie after the user logs in to Valzy. This is used only to verify the user's session and access the user's authorized Valzy workspaces and assignments.

Website Content:
When the user chooses to save a property listing as a comparable, the extension may collect listing content from supported websites, including listing URL, title, description, price, area, source website, image URL, and related listing metadata.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The extension does not collect personally identifiable information beyond the authentication information needed to access Valzy, health information, payment information, personal communications, browsing history, keystrokes, mouse movement, or unrelated website activity.

The extension does not collect data for advertising, analytics, sale, or third-party tracking.

3. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only to:

Authenticate the user with Valzy.
Load the user's authorized Valzy workspaces and assignments.
Capture user-selected property listing details.
Save comparable property records to the selected Valzy assignment.

4. Data Sharing

The extension sends collected information only to Valzy services, including Valzy application and API domains, for the purpose of providing the extension's functionality.

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Storage

Authentication data and workspace selection may be stored locally in Chrome extension storage to keep the user signed in and connected to the correct workspace.

Captured listing data is submitted to Valzy and stored according to Valzy's data handling practices.

6. Host Permissions

The extension requests access only to supported property listing websites and Valzy domains. These permissions are required to display the "Add Comparable" button, extract listing details after user action, and save comparable records to Valzy.

7. Remote Code

The extension does not use remote code. All extension scripts are included in the extension package.

8. User Control

Users can log out from the extension popup to clear locally stored authentication information. Users can also remove the extension from Chrome at any time.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect authentication information and ensure that collected listing data is transmitted only to Valzy services for the intended purpose.
